Privacy Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

David Ulrich Associates ("DUA," "we," "us" or "our"), including its advisory division L.E.A.P. Advisory Group, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through davidulrichassociates.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, current title, LinkedIn profile, preferred location, the role you're interested in, your message, and any resume you upload.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and general location, through cookies and similar technologies. We use this to keep the site running well and to understand how visitors use it.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule conversations, evaluate your background for current and future searches, contact you about opportunities that may fit, deliver our search and advisory services to clients, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

When we share information

With client employers. If you are a candidate, we may share your background with a client employer in connection with a specific search. We will discuss an opportunity with you before presenting you to a client.

With service providers. We use trusted providers to host our website, process form submissions, schedule meetings and send email. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of DUA, our clients or others.

How long we keep information

Recruiting relationships often span years, so we may keep candidate information, including resumes, for as long as it is useful for current or future searches, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you about opportunities, by emailing david.ulrich@davidulrichassociates.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor requests as required. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

Our site links to other services, such as our scheduling page, LinkedIn and YouTube. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
