Field Marketing Specialist

A fast-growing QSR franchisee is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to serve as the brand's boots-on-the-ground marketing leader for its Little Rock market. This field-based role drives guest traffic, community engagement and sales growth by building and executing local marketing programs in partnership with restaurant leadership, with a high degree of autonomy.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary local marketing representative for all locations in the Little Rock market.
• Build a local store marketing system from the ground up, with minimal day-to-day supervision, that can later be applied to future locations.
• Use hands-on restaurant operations knowledge to keep programs realistic, such as avoiding off-site event commitments restaurant teams can't support.
• Proactively build relationships with small business owners and the local Chamber of Commerce, going beyond passive tactics like school fundraisers.
• Grow catering sales through outreach to local businesses and organizations.
• Travel occasionally to other markets, such as Texas, to observe new restaurant openings and complete training.
• Track program results and deliver reporting and recommendations to brand and franchise leadership.

What you bring

• Restaurant operations experience strongly preferred; this role calls for an operator's perspective rather than a pure sales background.
• A self-starter who can build marketing systems and run local store marketing with minimal supervision.
• Strong networking skills and a proven ability to connect with small business owners and community organizations.
• Working knowledge of the Little Rock market and business landscape preferred.
• Comfort with a structured, primarily local field schedule and occasional travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
