Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor

A well-established 60+ unit QSR restaurant company is seeking a well-organized, professional Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, this leader oversees asset maintenance with a hands-on approach to new projects and rebuilds, and the leadership skills to keep projects on time and under budget.

What you'll do

• Manage the company's facilities and construction requirements, including creating and executing an annual strategic plan.
• Align the department's goals with the company's overall growth strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of leased locations and negotiate new and existing leases with landlords and brokers.
• Serve as point person for facilities maintenance across architectural, engineering, legal, vendor contracts, construction and environmental disciplines.
• Represent the company on property development matters before governmental authorities and other bodies.

What you bring

• At least 7 years of facilities management and construction experience with a known QSR chain of similar size.
• Established project development experience; familiarity with current construction and site development techniques preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills for working with developers, contractors, consultants and building officials.
• The ability to meet strict deadlines with a high degree of initiative in a fast-paced, informal and accessible culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Willingness to travel by car or air as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred.
